Q. Do you provide appointments virtually, through online video sessions?

Our skilled clinicians can give you physiotherapy visits through online video conferencing. You’ll require a Laptop, Phone, or Tablet. You can easily begin your video visit by clicking on a simple link that your therapist provides you via an email.

Q. What type of patients do you accept?

All patients are welcome in our clinic: private patients with or without insurance, WSIB patients (workplace related accidents), and MVA patients (motor vehicle related accidents).

Q. Does insurance cover physiotherapy treatments?

You will likely have all of your treatment covered, if you have extended health benefits or have been injured in a motor vehicle or workplace accident. If you are using an extended health plan, please check its details with your company. For your convenience, we offer direct billing with all major insurance companies.
